What is OmePa DK2?
OmePa DK2 is a high-strength food supplement combining concentrated fish oil with Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 (MK-7) in two softgel capsules per day. Each daily serving delivers 1,938 mg of fish oil providing 1,280 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids — including 680 mg EPA and 470 mg DHA — alongside 1,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 200 µg of Vitamin K2 (MK-7).
This targeted combination brings together high-concentrate Omega-3 fatty acids with the two fat-soluble vitamins most closely associated with bone and cardiovascular health. Vitamins D3 and K2 work in synergy: Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, while Vitamin K2 helps direct calcium to where it is needed in the body.

How to Use
Take 2 softgel capsules daily, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C), out of reach of children.

Allergens & Suitability
Contains fish. Not suitable for individuals with an allergy or intolerance to fish or fish products.
Not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. The softgel capsule shell is of animal origin (gelatin) and the product contains fish oil.
Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Always consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Blood-thinning medication: Vitamin K2 may interact with anticoagulant medications such as warfarin or acenocoumarol. High-dose Omega-3 fatty acids may also have a mild blood-thinning effect. Consult your doctor if you are taking such medication.
Vitamin D3 at high doses: The daily dose of 1,000 IU (25 µg) is within the safe upper level established for adults. However, if you are already taking other Vitamin D supplements, ensure your combined total daily intake remains within safe limits.
