Regulated as food.
Made like medicine.

Every TAB product is made in our own cGMP-certified facility in Istanbul — one documented process from raw ingredient to released batch.

Our own facility, on purpose

No rule requires a supplement company to run its own pharmaceutical-grade facility. We built one anyway. TAB products are made in our own cGMP-certified, FDA-registered facility, operating under ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 — because manufacturing in-house is the only way to guarantee what goes into a capsule.

One process, from ingredient to release

Every product starts the same way and finishes the same way. The middle is where each dosage form follows its own path.

Stage 1

The same for every product

  1. Ingredient sourcing

    Qualified ingredients from approved suppliers.

  2. Goods receipt & quarantine

Held on arrival, pending quality control.

  3. Quality control testing & release

    Sampled and tested before use.

  4. GMP storage

    Stored under controlled conditions.

  5. Production order

The batch record opens the run.

  6. Dispensing & weighing

    Weighed against the batch record.

Quality gate

No material proceeds to production before quality control release.

Stage 2

Where forms differ

Choose a dosage form to follow its path.

  1. Sieving and blending

  2. Granulation

  3. Final blend

  4. Compression

  5. Coating and polishing

  6. Blistering or bottling

What makes it different

Every tablet batch is checked for weight, hardness, friability and disintegration during the run.

Technical detail

Granulation is chosen per formula: wet granulation with drying and sizing, roller compaction (dry granulation), or direct compression with no granulation at all. Film or sugar coating is optional and is followed by polishing and drying before packaging.

Quality gate

Every batch is tested and released against specification before it leaves the building.

Stage 3

The same for every product

  1. In-process controls

    Checks during the run itself.

  2. Finished-product quality control

    The completed batch is tested.

  3. Batch record review & release

    Reviewed and released to ship.

The family behind TAB

TAB is led by Aytekin and Elif Pahsa — one side knows exactly how a supplement is made, the other exactly why it matters to the person taking it.

Forms chosen for absorption

Magnesium bisglycinate rather than oxide. Phospholipid-bound krill omega-3 rather than the cheapest available oil. The form of a nutrient determines what your body can actually use.
