What is Osende D3&K2 Complex?
Osende D3&K2 Complex is a liquid food supplement delivering Vitamin D3 and a dual-form Vitamin K2 — combining both MK-4 and MK-7 — in a single drop per day, suspended in extra virgin olive oil for optimal absorption of these fat-soluble vitamins.
Each drop provides 25 µg (1,000 IU) of Vitamin D3 and 25 µg of Vitamin K2 comprising 16 µg of Menaquinone-4 (MK-4) and 9 µg of Menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The dual K2 form is notable: MK-4 has a rapid onset and short half-life, while MK-7 has a longer half-life and remains active in the bloodstream for an extended period, together providing broad K2 coverage throughout the day.
Dissolved in olive oil, this formulation ensures the fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2 are presented in an ideal carrier matrix for absorption, without the need for a capsule or tablet.

How to Use
Take 1 drop daily, preferably with a meal. The drop can be placed directly under the tongue or added to food or a cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight, out of reach of children. Shake well before use.
